Stew in pots in the oven without much hassle

The meat is very tender and flavorful!

pork 400 grams
onion 2 heads
tomato 2 pieces
water 200 ml
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
salt, black pepper, spices to taste
Cooking:

Cut the meat into medium cubes, onion into large cubes.
Lightly fry the onion in a preheated pan and arrange in pots.
Then lightly fry the meat and also lay out in pots.
Tomatoes are peeled and cut into small pieces, then spread in pots.
Pour half a glass of water into each pot, salt, pepper and add spices to taste.
Cooking in the oven at 180 s for 1-1.5.
