This is Jodie Lee Fox and she’s been driving buses since she came of age. The girl claims that this is her life’s work. She used to work as a nurse, but everything changed dramatically when she came across an ad for a driver’s job. Jody realized that this was her chance.
“I suddenly realized that I always wanted to drive a bus. Even as a passenger, I always sat in the front seats, closer to the driver. And yes, I love to drive. In the end, my dream came true”
As a driver, the girl adapted quite quickly, now she drives not only buses, but even luxury limousines. Jodie likes almost everything in her job, the only thing she is not happy with is the excessive attention to her appearance. She is often asked why, having such data, she did not go, for example, into the modeling business?
But Jodie herself insists that this is the only profession that attracts her!
“Men say I’m too pretty to turn the steering wheel, but I get a lot of nice comments from women who praise my nails, hair and makeup,” Jody notes not without pleasure.
Of course, there are different things, the comments of passengers are not always flattering and pleasant, but the Englishwoman does not even think about quitting this job, she believes that this is her calling.
And the girl wants to show by her example that there should not be any stereotypes for the profession of a driver.
“I had to pass a lot of exams to become a driver. It’s not quite as easy as many people think. First you need to write tests in English and mathematics, then pass five more modules in order to finally start the main theory, ”the Briton recalled.
Fox recently received an award for her work with passengers. “I love my job. I hope to drive buses until I retire,” admitted the 24-year-old beauty.
