Looping. That’s a word that’s going to start trending thanks to the very cool Mia Morris.
Who is this talented teenager?
Mia Morris is a drum prodigy who can also play guitar, bass, keyboards, and who knows what else.
This teen started drumming at the young age of ten.
“One day I found a drum set in my neighbor’s garage. From then on, I spent most days playing drums and collecting other instruments to experiment with to make noise in YouTube videos,” she told Nashville Voyager.
“By the time I was 13, I had begun making full recordings and videos of songs where I would play every instrument.”
So on now to the America’s Got Talent stage where Mia went on to amaze judges Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell.
Mia is from Nashville, Tennessee. A place known for rock and roll so this teenager thought she’d play all the instruments instead of just one.
Because, you know, that’s boring.
Her dream is to share her music and writing with the world.
Howie seems to be familiar with “Looping” but he asks Mia to explain what it is.
She even gives a little demonstration with her loop pedal, something the audience looked so fascinated with.
The high school student had everyone straining to see and hear her demo.
No surprises that Mia got all four judges to say YES, along with the roaring audience.
She’s so much fun to watch we can’t wait to see more of her on stage!
