Oh, how you want something tasty in the summer, but at the same time light and refreshing.
The first thing that always comes to mind is ice cream. But there is even better…
We are sure you will love it!
So, for cooking we need:
Milk – 1 liter;
Powdered sugar – 200g. (you can sweeten and taste);
Flour – 150 gr.;
Cocoa – 90 gr.;
Vanillin or vanilla sugar – to taste;
Butter – 50 gr.;
Cream – 200 ml. (33-36%) (you can also take dry cream);
Powdered sugar for whipping – 20 gr.;
Coconut flakes – 200g. (+-).
To start, pour the milk, preferably into a heavy-bottomed saucepan,
add flour, cocoa, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix and put on fire.
While the mass is warming up, we prepare the form in which we will lay out the dessert, grease it with
butter and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
The chocolate mass should be cooked for about ten minutes, do not forget to stir it, it will thicken well, but remove it from the heat after the first bubbles appear. Then add the butter. Mix everything well, you should get a homogeneous mass.
While hot, pour it into the pan and spread it evenly over the surface.
We send everything to the refrigerator for about an hour.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream: for this, whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar until you obtain stable peaks.
After the chocolate mass has hardened, spread the cream on it.
Then we cut the cake in half, then in five more parts and fold them into rolls.
The dessert turns out very tasty and tender, like ice cream!
