Children should not suffer from the divorce of their parents, fortunately, more and more people understand this. Although more and more divorces are taking place, there are also more and more couples who, after ending their relationship, manage to have a healthy coexistence, the strange thing is that the parents have generally a close coexistence with new couples, but ultimately Nothing is impossible and this family shows it to us.
The family members recently posted a photoshoot on Facebook, titled The Extra Father. When Dylan shared the photoshoot he did with his fiancée and her ex-husband’s daughter, it showed that families can be mixed. Dylan commented on why they decided to do it this way:
Our daughter Willow. You may never know how much your love has changed us all. The boy on the left is me (daddy, daddy Dylan or extra daddy), in the middle is of course our princess Willow and the boy on the right is David. David is Sarah’s ex-husband and I am the fiancé. They see themselves as one family․ We have allowed ourselves to shape our lives to become one family, all for the sake of our children, so that they can know love. I gained a daughter, a brother and a best friend. So I just have to thank Sarah for making this possible.
They forgot the prejudices․ None of this would be possible without Sarah (mom), her noble and generous heart contributed a lot. Willow Grace, you are loved by many people but especially by your parents. The family union will always be the most important thing․ This week has been very different and unexpected, we don’t know how to thank you for the love and support you have given us.
Hopefully our little story will inspire others and offer hope to co-parenting families. You don’t know how much I appreciate and love the time I spend with my children, my brothers and my parents, with my family! Besides, I had not commented but it was Sarah who was in charge of taking the photos of this session.
