As Riley Green and Ella Langley continue their run on the Damn Country Music Tour, fans can’t help but speculate about the relationship between the two country stars. During a recent performance in Kelowna, BC, Green and Langley created a moment that had fans swooning. With a gentleman’s gesture, Green extended his hand to Langley, guiding her carefully down the stairs. While he laughed off the idea of them dating, he acknowledged how country music fans tend to embrace these onstage “romances,” citing famous couples like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, or George Jones and Tammy Wynette, as examples of fans’ adoration for onstage chemistry.
Green shared, “I think that’s kind of the country music fan—they love the Tim McGraw and Faith, and the George and Tammy. When we first started having success with that song, I told Ella, ‘There’s gonna be a lot of things said, but I mean, you don’t really have to play into it or not play into it, it’s gonna be something people enjoy the same way we do when we go listen to those songs.'”
Despite the fact that they are just friends, fans continue to hold onto hope, enjoying the intimate moments between the two on stage. And with plenty of tour dates left, there will be many more opportunities to witness the undeniable chemistry between Riley Green and Ella Langley.
