The laughter outside disappeared.
Laura explained that shortly before the family vanished, Daniel had uncovered millions of dollars being secretly transferred out of his company.

Laura revealed that they had secretly left Noah with his grandmother because they believed their son was in danger.

Noah’s eyes filled with tears.

Laura showed him how to use the pendant to unlock another compartment beneath the pilot’s seat.

The auction was immediately stopped.

The investigator nodded.
