The funds were allegedly moved to Holland, India, and the Cayman Islands. A Turkish handwriting expert has confirmed the forgery, and an investigation is ongoing.
Meanwhile, Nazlim is suing Dr. Oz in New York Supreme Court, accusing him of failing to pay her $15,000 per month for over three years, which she claims is her share of the rental income from their father’s condos. Dr. Oz is seeking to have this lawsuit paused until the inheritance dispute is resolved.
