Kelly Clarkson’s live performance of her hit “Heartbeat Song” at the Bakkt Theater in Las Vegas was made even more special when her 9-year-old daughter, River Rose, and 7-year-old son, Remington Alexander, joined her on stage. This family trio created a memorable moment, especially since “Heartbeat Song” is a favorite of River Rose. Clarkson shared with the audience how much her daughter has loved the song since she was a toddler, which made the performance even more meaningful.

River Rose sang alongside her mother with enthusiasm, and Clarkson proudly noted that her daughter had chosen her own outfit for the occasion and “killed it” during soundcheck. Remy, showing a natural ease on stage, also joined them, adding to the charm of the performance.

Fans were thrilled to witness this touching family moment, with many expressing their admiration for how Clarkson has inspired her daughter to confidently take the stage. River Rose even joined her mother again the following night, with Remington making another appearance as well.

“Heartbeat Song,” which was the lead single from Clarkson’s 2015 album Piece by Piece, has a special place in her career, having become one of her biggest hits of the last decade. Despite some controversy regarding similarities to Jimmy Eat World’s “The Middle,” Clarkson emphasized that she didn’t write the song and appreciated the gracious response from Jimmy Eat World.
