Lip reader discloses what ‘annoyed’ King Charles said as Queen Camilla visibly struggled during chaotic public appearance

During their visit to Jersey on July 15, King Charles and Queen Camilla encountered a somewhat awkward moment that has since attracted attention online.

The royal couple was in St Helier to watch a military parade as part of their two-day tour of the Channel Islands when Queen Camilla struggled with the windy weather while trying to put on her turquoise jacket.

Footage from the event shows Camilla battling with both her coat and umbrella, leading to a bit of chaos. As the Queen consort tried to get her arm through her coat, King Charles attempted to assist her, all while holding his own umbrella.

According to lip reader Jacqui Press, King Charles was visibly frustrated and instructed Camilla to “Move your arm through the back” before calling over a nearby aide, reportedly saying, “Come and help her!”

This interaction has since gone viral on social media, sparking discussions about the royal couple’s dynamic and the challenges of managing public appearances under difficult conditions.
