America’s Got Talent (AGT) is one of the most popular talent competition shows in the world, airing on NBC. Since its debut in 2006, AGT has provided a stage for a diverse range of performers, from singers and dancers to magicians, comedians, acrobats, and even unique acts that defy categorization.
Auditions – Contestants perform in front of the four celebrity judges and a live audience. Judges vote “Yes” or “No,” with three “Yes” votes needed to advance. Some outstanding acts may receive the Golden Buzzer, sending them directly to the live shows.
Judge Cuts (varies by season) – In some seasons, an additional round allows judges to further narrow the field before the live shows.
Live Shows – Contestants perform live for America’s votes. Viewers decide who advances by voting through the AGT app, website, or phone.
Finale & Winner Announcement – The top finalists compete for the grand prize of $1 million and a headline show in Las Vegas.
