Simon Cowell has been thoroughly enjoying his time as a judge on America’s Got Talent this season—and a sweet moment with his son Eric during the latest auditions made it even more special.
The 58-year-old music mogul looked overjoyed as his adorable four-year-old son jumped onto his lap and gave him a kiss during Tuesday night’s show. Dressed in a denim shirt, Eric confidently joined his dad and fellow judges Mel B, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum on stage, showing off their close bond before auditions resumed.

Simon shares Eric with his longtime partner, Lauren Silverman. Despite his reputation for being TV’s “Mr. Nasty,” Simon recently admitted that persona was encouraged by producers during his American Idol days and doesn’t reflect who he really is. “They thought it would be funnier to make me look miserable,” he told the Sunday Mirror. “It was kind of an accident. I actually hated the process.”
Simon and Lauren’s relationship initially sparked headlines in 2013 when it was revealed she was married to his then-best friend. The couple welcomed Eric in February 2014, naming him after Simon’s late father.
Off-screen, Simon has also taken steps to focus on his well-being. He’s openly discussed getting a £2,000 non-surgical facelift from renowned cosmetic doctor Jean-Louis Sebagh, calling it part of his commitment to having clean, healthy skin. “It hurts like hell,” he joked, “but it gets rid of sun damage and all the crap.”
