A little boy stopped beside a beautiful red sports car parked on an upscale city street.
Fascinated, he gently touched the shiny paint.
Three stylish young men nearby noticed him.
“Hey! Don’t touch that!”
One of them looked the boy up and down.
“A kid like you shouldn’t even dream about owning something like this.”
The boy remained surprisingly calm.
“It’s my dad’s car.”
All three burst out laughing.
“Really? Prove it.”
Another man grinned.
“If you can prove it, we’ll apologize.”
The boy didn’t argue.
He slowly reached into his pocket while the men continued laughing.
Then he pulled out a car key.
He pressed the button.
The red car’s lights flashed.
A second later, the engine came alive.
The laughter stopped instantly.
The boy looked at the three stunned men.
“So… are you going to apologize now?”
None of them answered.
But before they could recover, a deep voice suddenly came from behind them.
“Before you apologize, I think we need to talk about how you treat people.”
The three men slowly turned around.
Their confident smiles disappeared.
The boy simply stood beside the red car, still holding the key.
